A somber cloud hangs over Sihanoukville today as reports emerge of a tragic altercation that resulted in the death of a foreign national and left four others seriously injured. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of May 2, 2024, unfolded along Road No. 400, near Yaduli Casino and the Oscar Club in Village 4, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

Eyewitnesses described a scene of chaos as two groups of Chinese men were seen chasing each other along Street 400. In the midst of the altercation, one Chinese man lost his life, while four others sustained serious stab wounds, their conditions described as critical.
