Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia highlighted the vital importance of human capital in national development during the graduation ceremony for the 2023 session and the inauguration of the 2024 training course at the Royal School of Administration on June 10, 2024.

Prime Minister Hun Manet emphasized that high-quality human capital is crucial for all aspects of development. He stated that a skilled workforce, combining technical and soft skills with a strong work ethic, is necessary for achieving quality, efficiency, and productivity across all sectors. He noted that human resources are key to building a modern and robust Cambodian society through a market economy, ensuring citizens can control their destinies and actively participate in socio-economic development.

The Prime Minister praised the Royal School of Administration for its role in public sector training, integrating knowledge, innovation, and excellence in public administration. These efforts align with the government's policies for the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, focusing on social activities and community development.
