Kirirom Institute of Technology (KIT) has partnered with DICHI Academy to address the pressing need for specialized technical skills in Cambodia's burgeoning digital economy. Through a recent Memorandum of Understanding, the collaboration will introduce fast-track ICT training programs in areas like Full Stack Development and Data Science. These initiatives aim to equip students and alumni with internationally recognized certifications and the necessary skills to thrive in Industry 4.0.

Despite the growing demand for advanced ICT skills, which is expected to see a 40% increase in ICT firms within two years, Cambodian higher education institutions have traditionally focused more on general ICT programs. This partnership, therefore, seeks to fill the gap by offering tailored curriculums and specialized courses that respond directly to industry needs.

DICHI Academy brings to the table a robust framework for developing both hard and soft technical skills, which complements KIT's mission to produce graduates who are not only tech-savvy but also innovative and globally competitive. The initiative is set to transform technical education in Cambodia, making it more aligned with global standards and local industry requirements.
