Sixty Vietnamese Nationals Deported from Cambodia for Illegal Work

Authorities Enforce Immigration Laws to Maintain Legal Labor Practices
Sixty Vietnamese nationals, including ten women, were deported from Cambodia by the Department of Investigation and Enforcement of the General Department of Immigration for working illegally without proper documentation.

The deportation occurred on July 22, 2024, at the Prek Chak International Border Crossing Police Station in Kampot Province. Authorities stressed their commitment to enforcing immigration laws and ensuring that labor practices within the country remain legal.
