He highlighted the significant impact Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong had in fostering deep relations between the two nations.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong's distinguished career included roles such as President of the National Assembly of Vietnam and Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. His tenure was marked by a strong commitment to Marxism-Leninism and the advancement of Vietnam's ideological, cultural, scientific, and educational affairs.
