During the meeting, Blair praised Cambodia's remarkable progress and expressed his admiration for the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Pentagon Strategy 1, a long-term vision for national development.

Blair briefed Prime Minister Hun Manet on TBI's mission to provide policy and development strategies to governments worldwide and expressed an intention to collaborate with Cambodia to achieve its strategic goals. Prime Minister Hun Manet welcomed this cooperation and highlighted the achievements of the National Assembly’s 7th legislature.

The discussion also covered potential areas for collaboration, including education, vocational training, health, digital advancement, and investment, with an emphasis on linking TBI's expertise with relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions.
