Century Entertainment International Holdings Ltd has announced a significant strategic shift in its gaming operations in Cambodia. The Hong Kong-listed company has terminated its previous agreement with Chairman and CEO Ng Man Sun's Lion King Entertainment and instead inked a new deal directly with the owners of a casino in Dara Sakor.

Under the terms of this new agreement, Century Entertainment's subsidiary, Wisdom Ocean Group Limited, will operate all seven tables at the Dara Sakor casino for an initial three-year term. This move is poised to bring a fresh wave of gaming opportunities to the region, with Century Entertainment paying LongBay Entertainment US$35,000 a month for the privilege.

The company's decision to pivot its gaming operations reflects its commitment to adaptability and seizing lucrative opportunities. By establishing a direct partnership with LongBay Entertainment, Century Entertainment aims to enhance its revenue streams and solidify its position in Cambodia's rapidly evolving gaming market.

The Dara Sakor casino, situated in Koh Kong Province, boasts a prime location in a thriving tourism destination, promising significant growth potential for the gaming sector. With plans to operate baccarat on all gaming tables in the VIP Rooms, Century Entertainment anticipates favorable prospects for its gaming business in the area.
