Serey Chumneah, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, led a Cambodian delegation to the United Nations (UN) Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum 2024, highlighting the government's commitment to empowering youth.

With leaders like UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and ECOSOC President Ms. Puala Narváez at the helm, the event underscores the importance of youth in driving positive change.
